What do I get each month?

For £95 a month: hosting, updates, backups, offline alerts and 45 minutes of changes and help. We look at your site first, so you know exactly what's covered before you sign.

I have an Essential site. Do I need this?

No. Essential's hosting is free and stays free. Care is for when you'd rather hand the site over and have your changes done for you.

What happens to unused time?

The 45 minutes are for that month and don't roll over. If you need more in a month, we'll quote before we start.

If you break something, does fixing it use my time?

No. If we caused it, or a site we built is still in its free year of fault cover, we fix it free, and it doesn't touch your monthly time.

What if my site stores customer data?

Then we back up its database every night and agree who's responsible for what before we start. It's all written into your order.

Can I leave and take the site with me?

Yes, whenever you like. Tell us before your next month starts and we'll hand over your files, domain and accounts. They're yours.

The agreement

Clear before you commit.

Term: Month to month, with no minimum term. Tell us before your next paid month starts to end the service at the end of the month already paid for. There are no part-month refunds.
Payment: Paid monthly in advance by card subscription, unless your signed order agrees another method. Collection starts only when the agreed service is ready and activated. We give 30 days' written notice before changing a monthly fee.
Setup: £149 is the setup fee only where a suitable inherited site needs it. We confirm the need and scope first. Migration and remedial work are separate quotes. Setup is half upfront and half on completion. Onboarding included in a new build is not charged twice.
