Hospitality
Websites for cafes, pubs and farm shops.
Before anyone visits, they check three things: what's on the menu, when you're open and how to book. We build websites that answer all three on a phone in seconds, and we keep them up to date when things change.

Where websites lose customers.
Common problems, and what we do about each.
The menu is hard to read on a phone
A photo of a printed menu or an old PDF means pinching and zooming to find a dish or a price. Customers can't tell which menu is current, so some don't bother.
What we do
We turn your menu into a proper page that's easy to read on any phone, with clear headings for each menu and when it's served. When the menu changes, we update it.
Your opening hours don't match
Your website says one thing, Google says another and Facebook says a third. Turn up to a locked door once and a customer won't trust your hours again.
What we do
We put your hours, kitchen times and special closures in one clear place on the site. With local presence, we keep your Google profile matching it every month too.
Booking a table takes too many taps
A booking link that's hidden, broken or buried three pages deep means a customer rings someone else, or doesn't book at all.
What we do
We put a clear booking button where people look for it, linked to the reservation service you already use. Walk-ins, events and shop questions each get their own simple route.

Questions
Before you decide.
- Can you use our existing booking system?
- Yes. We link the site straight to the reservation service you already use, so nothing changes for your staff. If you'd like it built into the page instead, we'll look at it and quote first.
- Who checks menu prices and allergen information?
- You do, because you know your kitchen. You send us the menu and any dietary or allergen wording, and we make it look good and easy to read.
- Do I need a monthly plan for menu changes?
- No. You can ask for a change whenever you need one and we'll quote for it. If your menu changes often, care at £95 a month is usually simpler.
- Will keeping our Google profile up to date bring in more customers?
- No one can honestly promise that. What local presence does, for £59 a month, is make sure that people searching for you see the right hours, a recent post and replies to their reviews.
